Straits Construction's 2-Day Physical & Mental Wellbeing Focused Event
The team at Straits Construction shared they were concerned that their people might be experiencing burnout and stress. To alleviate those issues, their goal was to focus on bettering their people's physical and mental wellbeing as they knew that those two were important matters to deal with.
We went all out on meeting their objectives by coming up with a 2-day mental & physical wellbeing focused event.
Day one consisted of a morning walk with mini team at Mount Faber park where they enjoyed the beautiful scenery and played numerous mini games throughout where they relied on team work to solve problems. We also held yoga, massage and meditation workshops which imparted valuable skills that their people could take home to improve their day-to-day wellbeing.
For day two, we set up booths and organised workshops where we invited experts to educate their people on mental & physical wellbeing topics such as posture, supplements, essential oils, and body composition.
The 2-day event was very well received by the participants. Straits Construction shared that this was one of the best team building events they had in recent years. Not only did they achieve their goals, they also had lots of fun. Even better, they found that their employees adopted the practices imparted when they returned to work - talk about real impact!

Grace Orchard's Mario Cart Event for Special Needs Students
The teachers at Grace Orchard, a special education school for children aged 7 to 18, wanted to organise a team building event for their students that was enriching & engaging and at the same time able to accommodate to their student's learning abilities.
We felt that a hands-on activity where students could create something of their own and use it would be perfect. The result was us organising a cardboard Mario Kart racing event where students would craft their own karts, design it with their own artistic flair and then use it to play games.
The teachers at Grace Orchard shared that they were very satisfied with the entire event - from the ideation, execution to our facilitators. They were pleased with how our activities engaged their students and especially liked how the Mario Kart activity gave them a sense of ownership.

Chung Cheng High "Understanding Gen A's Lingo" Event
The teachers at Chung Cheng High School were struggling to understand their Gen A student's lingo & culture. Think things like "rizz", "skibidi toilet", and "sigma" - what?! They did not have anything concrete in mind, but shared that they wanted an event that would help them understand their students better.
The teachers
shared this was one of the most unique activities they had experienced, much unlike the previous cookie cutter events they went through before.
They not only bonded with one another and had fun, but also learned a lot about their students’ lingo & culture, and were able to better connect with them when they returned to school.
